Out with the old, In with March!

Since spring is now arriving, and I'll soon be off to a short trip to Connecticut and a long trip to Texas, I've been organizing my apartment, searching for a new place to live (with an outdoor pool), and checklisting daily.  I've put in my 60 days notice for my place, and made a Good Will run yesterday, toting five huge bags of clothes and shoes to downsize my move.  Now I am waiting for H&M to open to refill a few of the more necessary items (pants collection!).  As I wait, I'm watching my new favorite show, Monarch of the Glen.  It's a fabulous BBC show set in Scotland, which I highly recommend netflixing.  My sister recommended it to my parents, and I was in the house when they received one of the DVDs...now I'm addicted. 

In the hunt for apartments, I've found two very good prospects in League City, TX.  Signature Point apts and The Moorings.  The true battle will be between having a sauna  and steam room or having included water, trash, and sewage.  I suppose I'll have to make some calls. :)
